@@OldAussieAds Neighbours was put back into production last year with Amazon Prime. Still airs on free to air on Ten in Australia and on Amazon Prime and Freevee in other countries.

I don’t think Pippa could have ever fixed Tracey. She was too far gone by the time the Rosses fostered her. She didn’t have any redeeming qualities either, unlike the other difficult foster kids Pippa had over the years. It’s a nailed-on certainty that when she left Summer Bay her life went downhill. I’d say unplanned pregnancies, drugs, alcohol and crime awaited her. It’d be fun to bring her back to shake things up now. She’d be about 50 (I’m guessing) and still far more interesting than the dull people in the show now.

Pippa HAD failed. She was warned by the department that Tracey was a trouble maker but chose to forget this and instantly blame Sophie for everything the second Tracey arrived, despite Sophie causing no trouble previously, and despite what Sophie was telling her. Pippa and her ego were all too happy to believe that Tracy had magically transformed into an angel on day 1 of her arrival thanks to Pippa's magical abilities. She then failed yet again in Tracey's final scenes when Tracey was clearly crying out for help but Pippa turned her back on her at this point. Too much hard work. I guess she only wants the foster kids who don't require effort.

@@SummerBayJournaland despite Sophie's constant feuding with Tracey, it STILL couldn't get through to Pippa that Tracey was nothing but trouble Tracey deserved every bit of retaliation Sophie gave her, including the broken rib

Its funny. I barely remember these times of H&A, but Rebekahs acting style hasnt changed. The arm folding, the facial expressions and the manerisms are exactly the same as how she portrays Terese now.

@StephenWestSyd Yeah, I'd say it was 93 or 94 before we could play CDs in our house. And we had one compilation album with 3 CDs. We didn't buy another CD until maybe 98 or 99 because the tapes were so much cheaper. It's crazy to think of now 😂

@MVK123 yes it was $30-$45 a C.D back then. I remember borrowing C.Ds so I could record them to cassette! Kids these days will never understand our struggles!

Pippa was so unsympothetic towards sophie and she never listened to what she had to say when she tried to explain to pippa what tracy had done.she was also nasty to her when david died and told her to get over it and move on which was really cruel im supperied sophie didnt pack her bags and leave the ross house too.pippa did change when sophie had baby tamara though but she should of rearlized that tracy was the main trouble maker and punised her by making her do others washing and making thier beds.

Instead of offering to pay for the books, Pippa should've offered to spring for a new hairdo to replace that 1981 style 'hedgehog on the head' look Margaret is sporting. Michael seems to always be in a crappy mood whenever he isn't up a ladder in the caravan park just freeballin' it in those hotpants he 'found' in one of the vans along with the gay porn mags after those two guys who were 'just mates' only wanted to rent the van for a couple of hours.

I loved Home & Away in the 90s, that's when it really was a great show. My 1990s Girlfriend at the time, Ann, was a dead ringer of Sophie. Which was cool, as I had such a crush on Rebecca Elmaloogaloggalooloo, just before I met Ann. All my friends got onto Ann looking like Sophie and they would all call her Sophie unintentionally due to the resemblance. When gorgeous Cathy Gidbold/Meg came along Sophie was no longer my crush LOL

Yes Karen had already gone off the rails with Revhead before this and they reunited soon after this while Sophie and David hooked up. Karen was responsible for Davids death by crashing into his car and trying to frame Adam Cameron. Karen was jailed while Sophie was sent away and got released just after Sophie left Summer Bay. Was a shame Karen & Sophie never had a showdown over this.
