Beautiful gameroom. Love your fancy shelving and the way you can just pull down your favorite console and plug it in nearby to play some of your favorite games on your big screen television. I don't know why they can't make a console that can play all of the older games that was released for that platform, but I'm dreaming.

Ashley I'm an old school pinball fan.. But without the skills of repairing an old school pinball machine.. Or the resources to do it.. I'm really considering hedging my bets into purchasing a full size VR pinball machine.. but need a full size VR pinball machine with the arcade one up price.. But come on that arcade 1up attack from Mars looks so awesome. With 6 Williams arcade classic Pinball machines attached. Definitely a sweet deal.. The only drawback is. Doesn't include all the Williams or Bally's Pinball machines.. And when you switch between the pinball machines the back glass should show it.. But if only one company could do that with a completely full size machine.. And be dependable..

Me too… I recommend you look at my full pinball machine review. I go into the features a little more and it might help you. I had people here at Christmas who didn’t realise it was virtual after playing for over an hour. If you are in the market for one, make sure it’s got the internals that help it feel real (accelerometer, haptic feedback, gear, shaker motor etc). There are plenty of them around that are just screens and buttons. My one has enough stuff in it to feel like a real machine…. It’s great. Just do the research first…Yeah the Arcade1up ones are fantastic value. I’ve played one and it’s really cool, but it’s friggin tiny. Glad I went for the full size but comes down to whatever you prefer. Thanks for watching!

@@PlanetPOW Will do! A "designer" sent me a design idea for Blade Runner cabinet artwork, but it was a random graphic with the words "Blade Runner" at the top... nothing more... totally lame. A true fan of the film would find nothing interesting there... I spent 2 months of late nights watching and re-watching the film for peak moments and capturing stills. I combined some shots to distill a couple of scenes in a single pic and tried to capture the symbolism as well. Hope to have it done soon and will definitely post!

Yes. Almost exactly. I bought the tv for like. $50 off Facebook marketplace and the geek worm hdmi thing. Basically worked right away. The new geek worm converters work with all screens now so was pretty straight forward. Honestly, it is the best mod I’ve ever done. Makes such a huge difference to the game and has made it fun for anyone who walks in… highly recommend. If you need more info, let me know and I can send you the exact links to hardware etc

Hey mate.. thank you so much for watching and commenting. In all honesty, a full size cab can be made for $500. If you don’t have the tools/time, you can sometimes pick one up on marketplace for $1000. Put some new buttons/Pandora’s box and vinyl artwork on it and you’ve got yourself a new machine. Not super far away from Arcade1up prices. Although, a lot bigger and if size is a problem, A1ups are def better as they are quite small. NBA Jam is so unreal. I first played it on mega drive in 93 or something and it’s still as much fun. Very happy for you. Yeah the retro play machines are amazing. I’m still finding new tables. I’ve played about 20 of the 300. Incredible. The good news is, they take ages to make so you can actually pay the deposit upfront and then you have 4 to 6 months to save the remaining. Makes it a bit easier financially. Anyway, they are great. Thanks again for watching!

@@PlanetPOW Well, NBA game is now set up in its rightful place. Still as good as I remember. Cabinet is beautiful. And the AI is still cheap as ever in the last minute of a match. Knocking me on my butt, then they start dropping 3pts from half court. I looked through all the retro play stuff. I’m sold on then lol. First stop, one of the new 4 player arcade cabs…43” screen…good god Mate, feel free to add me on Facebook/Messenger, if you want to have a yak about this stuff….cheers!

Love the Buck Hunter, I wanted that one but the 17inch screen is terrible and a definite deal breaker - I wish I knew how to mod it like you did.

Thanks mate…. Honestly, it was the first Arcade1up I bought and I’d never done a mod before. The only tricky bit is the HDMI conversion. Which isn’t hard. Let me know if you’re thinking of doing it and I am happy to send you links to the hardware I bought etc. I’ll even make a video on it if you wanted to see a breakdown
