Hi there, First of all, thanks for watching this video! Second, I apologize for the subtle (?) buzzing/whirring noise appearing in the video from time to time - it's caused by one of the devices in my study/lab/nerdcave, but even after a week, I couldn't found out, which one. I still haven't given up, believe me :)

Many thanks. Your Xiaomi configuration changes (protocol, etc) were key to finally getting my device recognized in Home Assistant.

Thank you for your video. It is very helpful. I do have a question. I did use a D1 Mini ESP32 board and it worked perfect as a BT proxy. Here is my question., I tried to add a humidity sensor to the board but it does not allow me to do it. When I tried to install it and add the new part of the code I get an error. Have you tried adding a sensor to the bt proxy code or have any comments ???

Thanks for the video. I could not find the file in order to print the case. Would you please share it? Thanks again.

On the Telink Flasher page, if u don't disconnect from the thermometer, the signal does not start sending.

Thanks for the feedback! To be honest, I've never noticed this, because after sending the config, the thermometer always gets disconnected because it reboots and since I had nothing else to do with it, I never bothered reconnecting it after setting the config.

Can't say, sorry. For what I use it (connecting BLE based sensors), it is very accurate and the coverage is excellent, but I haven't tried presence detection yet.
