Hi i have developed a 2way switch using esp8266 and firebase... I have connected relay and manual switch through 2 way switch connection and used push button another switch. I'm getting response from both relay and push button to firebase but I'm unable to get signal response from manual switch ..is there any way to get response from manual switch to firebase so as to update the value in firebase.

if the esp 8266 node mcu is broken, can the switch still function and be the backup way to turn on the lamp?

No brother switch will not off in the app and you can also control this thing by voice control with IFTTT.COM

I have a doubt in this video I can see that you have connected the 5 volt adapter to Direct current so is it fine for the boards and is it safe? Also in your door alarm video you have mentioned that we can replace the bell with our door bell so can v connect it to direct current instead of the batteries???

Thanks a lot for detailed video, it makes it complete tutorial by introducing feedback system. But there is a slight confusion here since its working like a two way button, we dont know each physical button status, because it works interchangeably. So it would be nice to introduce here touch button like ttp223 to toggle on and off. This will solve our confusion and will take this project to next level. I hope you will take this into accunt and make another version of this video with touch button.

If you use single way switch than you can only control through mobile not through button

Hey bro you not using earthing or 3rd pin in 2 switch sockets are not in used(you not connect any wire to it. It will dengerous. It will only okay for LED not for big application. According to my knowledge.
