1. What wire gauge did you use for the blue and red wires? Is it solid wire or stranded? 2. What wire gauge also for the black wires? Is it okay to use smaller gauge for black wires?

1. RED is LIVE, Blue is Neutral wire. use 2.5mm square diameter single core copper wire. 2. black just for controller's gound, very small current, it can use any wire.

if use 3 phase, just replace the AC contactor with 3 phase version. we have other video guide for 3 phase DB DIY.

One question, why the breakers after the contactors other than ease of wiring? Wouldn't having the breakers first provide more protection?

@@KinCony I realize that, but it would be illegal for even qualified electricians to install it. Some countries like mine have very stringent regulations that would void your house insurance and get you heavily fined if it was installed. Not all countries allow you to install whatever you want. I plan to build something very similar to what you have made, but it will have to be done with approved hardware.

AC contactor and breaker also is common used. you can use AC220V or 230V AC Contactor,that means give it AC220V or 230V,the point will be ON. the AC contactor and breaker just accoding to your load power current, such as use 25A, 40A or others, most people use 25A. you can buy AC contactor from your country. our AC contactor just add a manual control button, that for "auto,ON,OFF" in case of emergency to use. Power supply use DC12V 2A is ok.

Remote control AC contactor, overload by air breaker.

The makeshift Bus Bar makes me uncomfortable since your still moving all the amps through the contact at the first Breaker.. That could create a hot spot when fully loaded.. Please don't do this.. Switch to a copper bus bar and tap each load off that. Far safer than risking a contact burning. There's plenty of commercial options out there. The layout is great, but safety first!

what do you want? every channel can use by light or socket. or light+socket use one channel,i think light and socket will use two different channel output .

How is this possible?! 1. You didnt hook relay input pins to anywhere, you just connect them together. What signal relays send to contactors? 2. A2 pins on contactors are interconnected but eventually not connected to anywhere (Just like relays). 3. Pin1 on contactors again are not connected to anywhere. How are they triggered?
