Each verse is about 2 different perspectives , at the end of the first verse he jumps off the roof and the end of the second verse he is about to run infront of a bus when he sees the person from the first verse land infront of him

@Jaysvon I'm pretty sure the second dude is Tom rapping If you were to watch the live version he says at the end "don't kill yourself" so I think the message is about ; no matter what you're going through / how low you feel there's always someone else going through something similar or worse or it's a song for awareness for teen suicide with nz having the highest rate
