Nice job Bob ! I love the re-purposed microwave oven cabinet ! Two years ago I did a complete rebuild and monoband conversion of a Heathkit SB-220 for 6 meters. It works flawlessly and I am able to get over 1 KW out of it and it serves me very well ! I'll e-mail you some pix of my project, I'm sure that you will appreciate it. I have been an active ham since 1977 and have loved every minute of it ! 73 my friend, Mark, WN3SIX

Mark I love to re-purpose and repair . When I was 10 years old I would visit my grandparents who lived across the street and down one block from the city dump back then you could go to the dump and roam around and take anything you want they did not care . I remember a huge pile of beautiful antique wood wind up record players one day a large truck load from an old music store I think some were cylinder type . I also saw many large console radios as a kid I salvaged a big shutter dial Zenith radio one day with the dump having so many of them in the 50's I took it apart for parts makes me sad to think of it now but at least I learned from it and if I had not hauled it off in my wagon it would have been buried there 73 Bob

I like the pure practicality of having your SKCC member number written on the monitor leg.

Thanks all of you for all your Comments ! I really appreciate that guess I am not the only guy up really late at night HI HI . This was a difficult video for me to do It took me a couple of hours and then I had to stop start over 4 times . It is difficult for me to get all of the information into the videos and present it clearly so it makes sense and then too do it so my voice is understandable etc. My camera is a hand held Panasonic low cost pocket camera model DMC-ZS3 that is old 73 Bob

Smiling! Thanks Bob good video Sir. Been looking at the LDMOS MRF-300 and thinking about building one, think they put out about 300 watts each 600 or so total. Use that to drive my 4-1000A Amp, or at least 200 watts of it just for fun to see what she will do. It already puts out 1300 + or - with 100 watts from my Icom 7300. 73
