Roman you are a very talented man! From amazing scenery with attention to detail like Parallax, buildings and effects, then building your own motion sim for an unbelievable budget now you published your own sci-fi book. A man of many talents. Thank you for bringing great scenery and experiences to FS. I have to upgrade my computer now to keep up with your work haha. Good idea, I think I will do that when I'm done with my helipad pack. Autorotation landing in a heli should be quite violent, if I can manage it at all...

Impressive. I have the Yaw2 on order but who knows when those fools will get moving on deliveries. Not looking good. Maybe I'll just try to build one.

Look for XSimulator forums. It's a large comminuty, mostly car racing simmers, but there is a lot of data about DIY builds there that I used to come up with my build. Some rigs are crazy expensive 6DOF rigs, but my goal was a simple and low-budget build. It exceeded my expectations. All my plans, 3D sketches and printed parts (controllers etc.), schematics, par list etc. are available on my website (free, optional donation). It's not a instructional or a coherent documentation, just a bunch of files and samples and intended to be a starting point for figuring out your build, not as a blueprint. See description.

MSFS is not good with impacts: if you turn crashes off, there are no impacts. If you turn them on - it stops the moment there is a major impact. Crash landings can be quite violent, a will be more so in MSFS2024 where all terrain will be 3D with stones, grass etc.
