Alabama is a non regulated state so these policies will work in Alabama. You still need to update them to suit your needs

Non- medical is not a term used. A personal care agency is a home care agency. What state are you in? That will determine if you can use these templates or not.

No. It’s been reported that multiple people have submitted the policy templates he’s promoting just for Greta (the person over policy review at the NC Department of Health) to say they’re not accurate. NC is a regulated state. These policies will not work on regulated states.
