Hello, I have been watching your videos for the last couple years and I feel like I have known you all my life! You are very inspirational and succinct with your messaging. I would be so thankful if you could help me with this question. I'm a nurse that provides Integrated Health Care Coordination (creating care plans based on the the patient's health goals) in Indiana. My business is expanding and I am trying to create a job posting for a LPN, but I keep getting hung up on the details. Are there any resources you could provide me or insight on what I should do to?

I would recommend writing out what you want the lpn to do and what requirements are needed. Then create a job description from that. Then identify the wage. CM
