Michelle, I am a retired teacher with over 32 years of experience in grades 1-12. I started teaching before there were computers or technology in the classroom. I retired in 2012 but continue to substitute teach often on long term basis. This means that I have to plan and find or create lessons including virtual materials. Your KZbin videos have been such a tremendous help! Because of your videos, I am succeeding with Google Slides. My question - is do you have videos on how to create and use Google Forms and Docs? I'm glad that you're happy with your new set-up. I bought a garment rack (Amazon) on wheels. I have my pocket chart hanging from it with book rings, lights around it AND it easily rolls out of the way and takes up very little space when I'm not using it, because I just push it against the wall. I can roll it closer to the camera when I need it for class, & move it out of the way with one foot. Just a thought! My next goal is to use the back side of it to somehow attach my magnetic dry-erase board!

I applaud you for admitting to over thinking and showing your changes. There was that frenzy I think among all teachers trying to create a classroom space at home and go all out at the beginning of the year. Beautiful setup! I use my whiteboard to work out problems and for science too. We also have to post our Learning Goals EVERYWHERE ie Google slides, on my whiteboard. I also have the my name, contact information and daily schedule on a mini bulletin board that’s behind me. I have to take down my Christmas lights, stocking, Christmas sign, and bulbs today :(. My desk faces the window in my room too and I love it. I only wonder why you didn’t put the rolling cart on the left side of your desk? That way it would be easier to move out and give more access to the closet.
