【Spicy Meat Rolls】Prepare ingredients:
1). Minced meat 1.5 kg
2). Shrimp minced 0.5 kg
3). Taro 200g (cut into strips)

5). Horseshoe 100g (cut into pieces)
6). 2 scallions (diced)
7). 10 shallots (diced)
8). 2 green onions (diced)
9). One piece of radish (shredded)
10). 4 large shiitake mushrooms (chopped)
11). 2 eggs
12). Unsalted bean curd (length 20cm, width 18cm)
Seasoning for marinated pork:
1). 3 tablespoons of oyster sauce
2). 2 tablespoons of Huadiao wine
3). 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
4). 1 tablespoon of sesame oil
5). Half a tablespoon of sugar
6). Half a teaspoon of table salt
7). 1 tablespoon five-spice powder
8). 1 tablespoon of pepper
9). 2 tablespoons of corn starch

【Spicy Meat Rolls】making steps:
1). Prepare ingredients. Dice 100 grams of horseshoes, diced 2 green onions and 10 shallots, diced 2 shallots, diced a carrot, chopped 4 large mushrooms, diced 200 grams of taro into strips, and diced 200 grams of sago.

3). The minced pork marinated overnight is taken out of the refrigerator and beaten vigorously in an empty basin. 5). The ends are also slightly flattened and sealed. After all the meat rolls are wrapped, cut the meat rolls into cubes.
6). Pour cooking oil into the pot. After the cooking oil is heated, put the meat rolls into the oil pan and fry them over medium heat until golden brown. After frying until golden brown, pick up the pan and place the meat rolls on the oil filter spoon to drain. The excess oil can be put on a kitchen towel to absorb the oil. You can also put the meat rolls in a steamer and steam them on low heat for 15 to 20 minutes. After the meat roll is steamed, let it cool and put it in the refrigerator. When you want to eat it, take it out and fry or fry until golden brown.
Tips:
1). If you want the meat to have an excellent taste, it is best to put the minced meat in the refrigerator for more than 1 hour before taking it out and beating it. You need to be beaten as much as possible. After being beaten, the minced meat will have a more elastic taste.
2). When wrapping minced meat, do not wrap too many layers of bean curd, which will affect the taste.
