Hubby & i got our 1st house when we were in our early 20's and seeing my kids grow up in this home it's been such a blessing. Decorating and well making this house a HOME has been the biggest joy of my life.

I use to watch your beauty channel years ago when you were filming in a room with all your clothes, shoes and accessories behind you. I love this type of videos. It feels fresh and spontaneous. The last few years I felt like she wasn't enjoying youtube as much as she did at the beginning, but I've noticed a change in the last month or so. I bought my first home at the age of 23. I got rid of almost everything I had and I felt like I didn't really have a home because all I have was literally a mattress. I am now 25 and my house is finally together and it actually feels like a home. Watching this video reminded me of that feeling. I never knew home decor shopping could be so exciting. Congratulations! Your house is gorgeous already.

nancy sanchez I bought my home a year ago when I was 22! It's the best thing ever:) we had nothing ! Just a mattress :/ still not done decorating but it's so much fun !

I just saved up and bought my own home. There's a loan called RD loan where you don't have to put a down payment but you have to move to a rural area to qualify for it. I decided to just buy a home where I wanted and put a down payment. Honestly, saving up was the hardest part. But every time I got money back from taxes I would save it. I would never eat out. I never went shopping. I can't remember the last time I bought clothes lol but I have my own home.

I love the idea of being able to decorate our future home. I love the minimalistic life. I get so overwhelmed, stressed, and frustrated with clutter/unnecessary things in a home.
