Sometimes I switch up my meatball recipe, but this is the one I used today in the video.
- 1 pound grass fed beef
- 2 sweet Italian sausages, casings removed
- 1 egg
- 2 fresh garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs soaked in a little bit of milk for a couple minutes until absorbed. You can use bread, but I didn’t have any plain regular bread on hand.
- Sprinkled in some Parmesan cheese
- herbs-basil, Italian seasonings (comes in one bottle)
- pepper
- onion salt
Mix well. For some reason, I wanted to combine the two flavors of beef and sausage. I kind of just made up the whole recipe. Turn your air fryer on 400 and cook for about 30 minutes but double check. Just thought I’d try something different and wasn’t too bad but do your own recipe for meatballs and then cook as directed above.
