I did the peppers and sausage recipe. I always thought I hated peppers but I was wrong! I used Aldi’s Never Any chicken sausage, apple flavor and the whole thing was surprisingly good. I added a little garlic powder because I was afraid of not having enough flavor since your sausage looked more savory than mine. I was sure the potatoes weren’t done, but actually they were PERFECT and so much better than those cooked with meat in a slow cooker or roast that turn to mush.😝 I did add salt upon serving. Leftovers the next day were even better.

I have the Cuisinart Air Fry, Toaster oven for 4 yrs. Use it mostly to toast and roast veggies. Don’ like the way it cooks meat, so thinking of getting another air fryer. I had a GoWise prior to Cuinart which I enjoyed. Now I’m thinking about getting a new air fryer with a square basket. The Cosori seems to be my choice. Using parchment paper when cooking is great for most foods cooked in air fryer. Your recipe for sausage and peppers is great. I have been cooking that in a wok for several years with fresh chopped garlic. In air fryer I would put the garlic in use sausage near end of cooking cycle.

It also fits in the smaller round fryer if you buy a lower poundage bird. You can still oil it up and spice it up as you wish according to her recipe. I will say took a little fineggling but we were able to get the entire bird into my smaller round air fryer and it came up beautifully done.

This made the best melted cheese and thicker-sliced ham sandwich I have ever eaten - the bread didn't go golden brown but it was still as crunchy as in the video. I now want to experiment with different cheeses (I used Colby cheese and Aussie Jack/Burger cheese). I think that I could probably modify this recipe to make jaffle-like sandwiches too! Purchased this Cosori with the added built in WiFi and app etc on Saturday here in the UK. First time with an air Fryer and love it!! Did a first test run with some good quality sausages, came out perfect. Bacon Sunday morning, then a turkey crown with potatoes in it for dinner, much quicker than would usually do in the oven and was so tender with a nice crisp skin. Earlier today chicken breasts, with leek, bacon, toppings. Not sure when I'll use the main oven again now lol. Your channel popped up on you tube yesterday so I'll be trying these.. Top stuff!

Try something easy like a couple of sausages, 170c at 20 min and they'll be cooked fantastic with a slight crisp skin all round.

Hi..I've just got the Cosori 5.5 xxl and I'm finding the heating of food very disappointing unless I have the heat temp at highest..just realised it only has top element none on bottom!! It performs better when I raise the food nearer the element..I have a smaller air fryer that also has a top element only but it performs better but needed some more room for x2 peoples needs..I'm going to start raising the food a little higher in the basket but I am aware I need to lower the temp..I guess practice makes perfect..Your tips and tricks are giving me more confidence..I will in time get more skilled I hope😉Thankyou

I just ordered a Misto sprayer from Bed Bath and Beyond after watching your video. I've been hesitant to buy standard cooking sprays. Those oils are not good oils. My wife and I cook mostly with olive oil so this will be a nice additions. Thanks for demonstrating it.

Top tip for chicken: Cook breast-side down *for the first cycle*, that way more of the juices remain in the breast meat. Also when you rotate, the top of the chicken will have the crispiest skin when it's done.
