I so enjoy when someone first gets introduced to Home Free and realized how very good they are. Just 5 super talented guys, each and every one so good and together they make something VERY special !!!! But it is an absolute shame that the music industry had completely ignores them.

This is what makes HF so incredible, one of a kind, and outstanding fantastic. I have heard John Mayer's version, and all credit to him for the lyrics. But this is how this song should sound. Simple, deep & heartfelt. By keeping the beat, as a simple heartbeat, sing in the low range, and those thight harmonies. Whats not to love, and admire.

This is one of my favorites. The arrangement is wonderful. Adam gave it a simple percussion background but it really adds to it...the simplicity of the beat. I love this range of Tim's vocal.

One that doesn't get reacted to nearly as much as it should is "Leave This Town", and another that should be just one of their most popular (Which ones aren't their most popular?) is "Champagne Taste On A Beer Budget"! You do sometimes very simple, but always supportive reactions to Home Free and that makes it fun! Keep it up!

I like Marlene's request, What We Ain't Got, that is really great, and their original Dreamer, which gives tribute to the Grand Ole Opry and all the great artists that has graced its stage, with HF finally appearing on that same great stage. They said it was the pinnacle of their careers to perform at the Grand Ole Opry.

A nicely done song. For some humor, try Sold. Lowest note in a Home Free song that I know of...by, as Tim admits, the beatboxer, Adam. A0.

I'll be honest, I think where he said that to a fan he was trolling/being modest a little bit. I've never heard adam make a sound that deep and the A0 growl sounds like Tim so I thought it was odd. If you watch them sing it live Tim is doing the same deep growling note in the background so I'm pretty sure its Tim in the recording also. Edit: ok I went and watched another live version and looked closely; Adam on one of the chorus does a few throat bass sounds but they're brief and they still don't sound anything like the A0 in the recording. Also Tim is still growling in the background on the chorus every time but not as low as the recording. Would be interesting to get to the bottom of this one I've been wondering for a long time now lol.

This is one of my favorites by the guys. They not only sing a song, they feel it and it shows. You can feel the seriousness, the turmoil and the pain in their voices. They kept it so stripped down, yet it made it that much more heart-felt.

I hadn’t even heard the original and then did and felt this was better. I’m like you, everything they do is so good. I may like some songs better than others but they’re all still good. The arrangements, the beatboxing and those harmonies. I just discovered them last year and can’t stop listening to them. Try Helplessly Hoping, Seven Bridges Road, Die a Happy Man. Oh and I’m glad you listened to Misty Mountains...fantastic wasn’t it?!

Great reaction JB - I too am speechless most of the time with these guys - they never disappoint for sure.
