Tim Foust co-wrote this with Chris Chatham. How many bands of any genre can boast of 3 song writers (Tim, Austin & Chance) and 5 vocal chameleons? You need not be American to appreciate the sentiment and patriotism of the song (I'm Canadian). The singing, harmonies & beatboxing are perfect. By the way, Tim & Austin do fund raising for a veteran's charity. Happy Independence Day!

I’ve never been much of a country music fan either, but I’m a massive fan of Home Free. Because of listening to so much HF, I’m starting to like some country music now, lol. Also, your talk at the end was so meaningful. We need to be more thankful and appreciative of those in the military. The sacrifices they make, and their importance to our national security.

Every time I watch this video, I just want to hang out with them. They are so genuine and fun and they bring the positivity every time. These guys are just too cool. Tim wrote this song. I quit listening to country music quite a while ago because it had become so tepid, bland and formulaic. It was getting hard to distinguish one song from another. Home Free has a way of elevating everything they do. I'm still not excited about modern country. Home Free's brand of country is so much more. Love this video, love Home Free and am so proud of them for expressing their love for America and appreciation for our military. It absolutely disgusts me when people disrespect our military or our country. great reaction.

Tim and Chris Chatham wrote this song. I don't eat fish... not even tuna fish. ewwww. raw... ewww. I grew up on old country, I'm talking real country, 50's, 60's, 70's after that it turned to pop/rock. But Home Free are amazing and how do you not love them? I love your energy and vibes. Always enjoy your Home Free reaction! Thanks! Happy Independence Day. Be well, be happy, be blessed!

I think you might like a Home Free video that is not of them singing a song. Home Away From Home - Fishing and Fundraising is from November 2021. The guys were invited to the first annual Veterans Fest in Neillsville, Wisconsin and treated to a fishing trip for their presence. And Austin will certainly jump on any opportunity to go fishing. It's a wonderful video, sweet and heartwarming. Actually, I find the whole Home Away From Home series great.

Our family is very military. My grandpa served in WW1 (yes, I'm old), my dad served in the Korean war, my husband served a combined 29 years in USAF and Ks. Air National Guard, one son-in-law served in the army with a tour in Iraq and Afghanistan and our other son-in-law is currently serving in the Ks. Air National Guard. This song is fabulous and couldn't have been written better! You are exactly right. We have far more freedoms than people in other countries. It drives me crazy when some young people say they hate America. They have the right to say it, but that doesn't make it right. Love your channel!!

Congrats on new car, much love my friend!! 🤗❤️ still praying 😉 I wish I could say I'm good but I'm actually not. I had to take couple of days off of work after realizing my mom doesn't even care about what I told her and I'm barely leaving my bed since then. I'm telling myself that I'm gonna get up today every single morning but it's just getting worse. It's almost two weeks now and hearing stuff like "get up already, you can't be sleeping for a week straight" from her doesn't help at all... I know I'm old enough to "man up" and all that stuff but this situation literally destroyed me. My only goal in life was to make it for my mom, so she doesn't have to worry about anything after what she went through and now... I really don't know if it's even worth to try anymore. Chris said that I have to do it for myself, not for anyone else, but... laying in bed 24/7 is the best I can do for myself right now. Well... there's one thing better than that but I just can't do that to you guys. I'm gonna be honest with you... I wrote THE letter again... but I promise to do my best to avoid posting it.

There is a lot of variety in country music. Depending on the time period and the artist you can get anything from bluegrass to southern gospel, southern country rock, to pop country and everything in between. So it is possible you might like some country songs and not others. Even country music fans (as you will see in other comments) do.

You might be surprised by the diversity within the country genre should you choose to explore. You'll find just about everything like the mellow island vibe of Kenny Chesney's "Old Blue Chair", The worthy message and beautifully edited video of Tim McGraw's "Humble and Kind", an extraordinary song of love and remembrance with Alan Jackson's "Remember When", riveting storytelling of Jamie Johnson's "In Color", Darius Rucker's love for his children in "It Won't Be Like This For Long" and on and on. You might find you've been missing some remarkable music. I've always listened to a variety of music genres but like many wrote off country for quite some time and like many others I'm glad I finally chose to give the country genre a chance.
