Wonderful to see that Rob is well and back on the road again. Went to their September concert in Lancaster Pa. and Rob was back at their former concert site in a Motel 6 with Covid. The concert was wonderful with a Stagehand who looked a lot like Rob lip-syncing to Rob's vocals whose 6th member Darren the recording wizard was smart enough to record them all separately. It was a fun concert (Party) night. I think the roadie who looks like Rob, is called Frank. He can whistle almost as good as Rob. He got a standing ovation.

This song is seriously missing Austin's twang and power. Bastien has a nice voice and can hit the notes, but that's it. They don't sound as country as they used to now that Austin is gone.

What do you hope to accomplish with this comment? Austin left the group by his own choice. He's been gone for almost 6 months. You can follow him on his own solo channel, and support him there. He's not part of Home Free anymore. Either accept them as they are now, or move on.

@ I haven't seen the official video. My objection was to the quality of the one posted -- but I'm guessing it was a vid filmed at a concert rather than a deliberate artistic endeavor, since this prolem arises all the time. It cetainly is different when I know the lyrics, which was not true in this case. Part of this probably my iPadAir, part of it is probably my $5K hearing aids that fail miserably most of the time . . . in any event, Home Free remains my most favorite musicality online. They are absolutely great!

I didn't hear anything - but usually if anyone is out of tune, it's an audience member singing along.

I'm sure it happens from time to time no matter how masterful they are. I know it's poor sound quality, but it sounds like Rob has a cold. So happy to see Bastien learning the nomonica!

Perhaps they can leave their iconic covers like this one and even O Holy Night alone. The difference is very obvious, even the energy is missing imo.

What a dumb perspective. Why would you think it would be better for them to not do their iconic songs any more? They never stopped doing them when Chris left. If you don't like the new sound, that's your opinion. Move on and find something else. But don't complain about it on my channel.

Also, I was literally at this show, and I assure you, you are 100% incorrect about the energy. The last two shows I attended, there was something really off with the energy, I'm sure due to the group worried about the future knowing Austin chose to leave. The energy at this show was phenomenal. They all looked genuinely happy. It was the best show I have seen in more than a year.
