What a great remake of Roy Orbison's classic song. I remember the cover Home Free did on the "Sing Off". This one is even more fun. Love the 50's-60's pompadour hairstyles & great outfits. Great song & video. The guys really rocked this!

I've always loved the late Roy Orbison's music and I think he would have approved of their rendition of his 1964 original. Their suits & hair styles (pompadours) befit the period. Of course the singing, harmonies & beatboxing are terrific. Home Free are the experts at inserting an acapella break into an acapella song!

I am a re-sub! Love your reaction here and how you appreciated that incredible breakdown! It was a very creative one! The new video is really amazing! I hope you like it. I think you will! Being these are re-recorded some may be the length that they were in the Sing Off (2 minutes) since they were all cut short. Stand By Me will be longer because Home Free were guest performers on the following season and sang the song with the judges (Ben Folds didn’t judge that season so Patrick Stumpf filled in for him), and Nick Lachey. It was a full length version.
