This was a fun 'Texas'trip!! 🎉 I have several pieces of the dishware made in Portugal and just love them!! Those snackel boxes are a great idea. I've even seen people use actual tackle boxes for snacks. Glad you made it to the airport ok and home safely!🙏

Haven’t been to La Madeline in years. First one I went o was in Texas back in the late 1990’s when my brother was in college at SMU in Dallas. Then went a couple of time to one in New Orleans but that has probably been 15-20 years. Always so yummy!

I don't know why everytime I go to Texas the roads are always under construction. I don't like driving in Texas .I know my way around in Oklahoma I never have to use a GPS in Oklahoma. I have been asked in Oklahoma to see my map when stopped getting gas or stopping at a rest stop .I have a map in my car to help other people when they don't know where they are going I can usually tell them how to get to where they are going one time I had them follow me because I was driving past where they were going.Have a great flight home .Give all your kids a hug from me.
