Ms Bea, thank you for not feeling guilty showcasing this personal gym. Being proud, having confidence and having a genuine heart. I struggled with utilizing all 3 bedrooms of my house kasi I live alone. I feel like it was selfish of me. But I am slowly getting myself accustomed to truly enjoying what I have and owning it. I now use one room as office, the other as a studio. I love practicing aerial arts, yoga and martial arts. I highly recommend you to try filipino Kali or aerial. I just started this year and I really enjoy being able to do a sport that is native to our heritage. Salamat ulit sa positivity at sa pag share mo ng personal experiences at goals mo!
