We're very happy to hear you were safe from the hurricane. It's amazing how mother nature can cause a lot of damage. Those soft spots are definitely wild as my cousins son had the same thing happen to him aa he literally fell halfway through from the 2nd floor to the first. We ran down to the 1st floor and literally saw his legs dangling. It was scary at first, but then so funny after he was ok. Lol Wow...what a great deal for the table and chairs. That scaffolding is definitely N excellent idea. You are doing a fantastic job with everything. And yes, your hair does look amazing in a good way.😊 We seriously appreciate you giving and showing us this update. We wish you continued success with the rest of your renovations. Stay safe, guys👍

@DADDIO1969 we appreciate that. Everything is looking so much better. We are close to finishing areas now. Of course we only go there a few days at a time so it's hard to get things done quickly. I'm hoping it will look like a real home by mid January. I guess we shall see. Lol. Thank you for watching and commenting.

It is good that yall know how to fix a fixer upper. If we bought a fixer upper, we would have to pay a lot of money to let professionals fix it up. We wouldn’t know where to begin. It is a shame the previous owners hid problems from yall. But it is looking nice. The paint made the walls look much better. Glad Joe didn’t get seriously hurt going through the floor. Can’t wait to see what it all looks like when your work is done!

I think painting paneling is an inexpensive way to bring new life into a drab space and it really worked. Thankfully, when Joe fell through the floor he wasn't hurt at all. He was lucky for sure. Thank you for watching and commenting.

Hopefully Joe didn’t get hurt when he fell through the floor. You all are doing a great job on the home. How horrible that they hid so many issues. I guess with the hurricane and tornadoes going through your roof is in good shape. Hopefully when you fix underneath the windows you won’t find more damage. The scaffolding is a great buy. We got so lucky, especially knowing others around us suffered total devastation. A property 2 homes away was unrecognizable. I don't know if we got lucky or we have a guardian angel. We are so proud of our little piece of tropical paradise. It's so cute and every Improvement makes it even better. We hope to reseal the roof in the next few months. Luckily, our roof didn't suffer damage. There's so many things on our wish list we are trying to do. No matter what, it's already in better condition. Thank you for watching and commenting.

A trip to Home Depot can solve the paneling issue... they still sell the paneling with grooves, then you can paint it to match once it's installed.

You guys are really doing a great job. I can't believe all the work you are doing! Have you had anytime to spend at the parks? Do you guys do the electrical or plumbing yourselves?🐸

@JNTravels we've done some park time for breaks from the work. We've done a lot of work on the home. Joe's not afraid to tackle home improvements including electrical and plumbing. Anything big, we'd hire a professional. When our air died, we had a professional fix it. Minor plumbing leaks or changing outlets are easy jobs. I hope you and Nancy can visit during your upcoming trip. 😁
