About Christy Carlson Romano:
Christy has been a working actress and singer since she was 6 years old. She moved to Los Angeles with her mother when she was 14 to star in the Disney Channel franchise, Even Stevens as Ren Stevens alongside Shia LaBeouf. Christy enjoyed many years with Disney gaining an Emmy nomination for her voice work as Kim Possible and starring on Broadway in Beauty and the Beast. She went on to balance her college career at Barnard College, Columbia University with filming movies for ABC Family including: ‘Campus Confidential’, ‘Taking Five’, ‘The Cutting Edge 2: Going for the Gold’, and ‘The Cutting Edge 3: Chasing the Dream’. Christy returned to Broadway in her mid twenties and learned to puppeteer in the Tony-Award winning ‘Avenue Q’. Christy was married to her husband on New Years Eve , 2013 in Banff, Canada after having met in a screenwriting class in college. She became impassioned with directing and made her debut in Lionsgate’s “Christmas All Over Again”. While she still works as an actress, she enjoys living in Orange County with her husband, Brendan Rooney, and daughters, Isabella and Sophia.
Veggie Kabobs
INGREDIENTS:
2 cups cremini mushrooms
1 cup cherry tomatoes
1 red bell pepper, cut into chunks
1 green bell pepper, cut into chunks
1 red onion, cut into chunks
1 zucchini, sliced into thick rounds
1 yellow zucchini, sliced into thick rounds
FOR THE MARINADE
1/4 cup olive oil
3 cloves garlic, pressed
Juice of 1 lemon
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
DIRECTIONS:
1.Slice and cut all vegetables into bite size pieces.
2.In a large bowl, whisk together olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, oregano and basil; season with salt and pepper, to taste.
3.Add vegetables to bowl and mix thoroughly, ensuring that all vegetables are covered with marinade.
4.Thread mushrooms, tomatoes, bell peppers, onion and zucchini onto skewers. Heat a large pan with olive oil on medium high heat. Place skewers onto pan and cook until vegetables are tender.
5.Serve immediately.

I can see a reunion special taking place (with Mark taking the family on a sub where he's an engineer). Mark seeing Tim as a role model, I can see him becoming a more responsible version of the father. Tim goes down into the sub and grunts about the craftspersonship, and then grunts with a lilt, after he hears the first grunt echo back.

My favorite thing about this whole series is that we get to see the people from our childhood that aren't acting anymore and we just get to learn about their lives and what they like to do these days. I love seeing people that are still acting don't get me wrong. But it's really amazing to to get to see people that aren't acting and just living their life and are happy doing whatever it is that they do. And I just love that so much. Like they had their acting time and then they moved on and id other things they love and I like that they get a chance to tell us about it. :)

FYI, to avoid crying while chopping onions (or dicing at least), halve it and then dice, keeping the half together. That way, the onion’s essence (which is what makes you cry) stays in the onion. Foolproof.
