How much time do you dedicate to the IR thermal inspection part? I assume you do the IR part after you have completed the regular inspection. There is the new FLIR ONE EDGE PRO. Wireless clamp to any device, so you can use a much larger screen and does not dangle at the end of a phone, but at the same time, you can use it separately.

new inspectors....you are now in a slow market, competing against 10 to 20 years experience (inspectors) and realestate agents have their favorites...the "good ole boy club" is out there!....IT IS TOUGH!.....keep your day job.....THIS WILL TAKE TIME!
