He is definitely not lol. These training workouts he says are meant for beginners and people that find it difficult, but the exercises are simply too complicated for the average beginner.

So much over complication lol. People Just warm up and do pistol squats on top of a platform(if you dont have flexibility to do in the floor) and do a few sets until you start reaching failure in 2-4 sets. Then do eccentric hamstring curls and basically just do it for a few sets until you start feeling it. Then Get a backpack filled with sand dirt or rocks and do squats and do that as a finisher exercise. Then go for a 20m run to get blood flowing even more and then take a bath and go eat afterwards. It is simple....

K.I.S.S method (keep it simple, stupid). Body weight training is never complicated, all these “influencers” are making it complicated.

That is the stuff everyone knows, its good to learn the proper form as well to prevent injury over the long run. doing the same routine eventually causes plateau so learning different techniques can't hurt, take what you need or leave it. this dude has uploaded many videos over time saying what you just said, can't be so redundant.
@TheFxEditor4 жыл бұрын
@@roguecode2354 You can make any same exercise difficult by any means. Technique is important to learn but you gotta add progressive overload. No way you can do the samething forever.

RogueCode Bro listen. You know how fucking long it takes for someone to plateau in an exercise? A long time. I started doing pistol squats 2 months ago when I could only do 2 reps on each leg. Now I can do 20+. Before I would do like 10-12 sets of 2 reps. And as I could do more reps I’d shorten the sets. And now I do pistol squats with a backpack. And I’m still progressing lol. Exercises never reach a plateau, unless you do the same reps and sets and don’t change shit up. All people fuckkng need are 2-4 main exercises for each muscle group. And when your physique starts looking uneven or you see weak areas that is when you switch an exercise for one that will target the specific area. And trust me most people that watch KZbin videos about fitness are fucking fat people that don’t fix their diet and over complicate everything and are confused from all the bs that people put on the Internet. How do I know this? Cuz that used to be me about a year ago. Went from 198lbs at like 30-40% BF and now 155lbs and 17%BF. El

@@FernandoSilva-fp2ng That's good man, good job finding your preferred exercises. What i mean is similar to what you are saying. Been watching Brendan since he lived in Santa Monica and that was over 3 years ago. What I learned from him is all about form and its importance, but I do my own routines that I have learned from different places I have "been in" plus a lot from Chris Heria, check out Iron Wolf. stay strong
