Today I started seeing increasing number of "private Co retired" people struggling for cash in their 60s even though they have their own house! So its "asset rich, cash poor" case alarming! They focused on beauty & aesthetic homes, but didnt plan or thought about cash flow! Hope this trend doesn't continue & people start investing for their post retire life!

Depends on location, those who have personal vehicles atleast should stay outside main city area ! This way EMI for vehicles is justified ! If too much rent then we should not be suckers for that !

Regarding the home loan. It depends on the need because if you invest and try to buy a home or plot, you won't get the plot or home which you like in the future as the land is less in quantity.😅

At the outset you gave some suggestions.,but too much of unnecessary jargons ., instead of tamil you can make it in English,already your audience all from urban only.,but now a days because English medium educated and grown in tamil background this problem exists in urban area .,
