Home-made Corn Syrup Recipe

Hello friends... Today I am sharing with you guys Corn Syrup. Corn syrup is used in making Marshmallow, Fondent etc.
INGREDIENTS-
Sugar-1cup
Water-1/2cup
Lemon slice
A pinch of salt

To get rid of the corn syrup at the bottom of the pot, I recommend to boil the pot again and use water to get the corn syrup out.

You can also make frozen honey without corn syrup, just add food colouring to your honey and let it freeze for 24 hours. And your frozen honey jelly is ready.

You have to combine with gelatin or agar agar...just corn syrup won't work for marshmallow 👍
