Amen, on the machine shops!!!Liking the hot tank. Unless I missed something? You may want to put a little giant pump in it. About half way down. Just to let it circulate the fluid in the tank. Those little pumps are a little expensive but they will take all these cleaning agents.

I like it! I'm using an old gray mills parts washer with a point if use water heater it really only needs 140° with super clean and water 50/50 works like a charm overnight.... can't wait to see your tank in action.

Sitting here watching and had a thought. It would cost a little, but they make an aerator pump for septic tanks. I priced them real quick, you can get one for about $144. It’s small and self contained. I know my shop compressor would run to death. While it’s not cheap, it would make this a stand alone unit. I think it’s better than what I did, and has me thinking how to modify mine. 👍

i m putting up a short video on it running i have a 60 or 80 gal tank on my comp we will see how it works but the pump is a great idea

Great idea old man. The air might work against you in keeping it up to temp but that's an easy fix. Anything that cleans out those water jackets will be awesome. I agree with the comment you got over some kind of circulating pump. He'll I'd try an old sump pump if ya got 1.
