Very cool! I love the unsynchronized oscillating spray bar! What have you found to be the best ratio for detergent to gallons of water thats safe on cast aluminum heads/blocks? I build LS engines for a living and just picked up a next to new Kleentec KT9600 for $1500. Setting it up as i watch this video

the 3/4" HF transfer pump is holding up unexpectedly well even with the 200 deg F water

Have you had any problems with the Synchronous motors? I read on Amazon reviews that they get very hot after running a while?

They live in a wet, hot environment and they haven't given me any problems in the 2 years its been in use.

What size orifice and spray pattern angle on the nozzles? Any idea? Thanks
Nice machine there! About how much in US dollars do you think it cost you to build this?

I probably have around $400 into it. I haven't purchased a can of brake clean since I built it so it's probably saved me a couple grand by now in that alone. It's still going strong and runs 4-6 hours per week.
