Should we add DME at the beginning or after the water start boiling and How long and at what temperature we should boil the water after adding DME.

Hops and malt you can add initially. So that lumps don't get formed. 2 minutes of boiling is sufficient to kill all microbes

There’s one thing here, I tried the recipe which was posted before on channel before using the LME but that turned out to be way too bitter than even an IPA, I used 1gm hops for litre of beer for 3 litre batch and using a calculator I found it’s IBU that should have been 13, I’m a kind of person who loves different IPA’s the bitterest beer that I love is about 55 IBU, but that beer turned out way to bitter than anything but I finally found the reason behind it. It’s not 3gms of hops that I added but the reason I left hops inside throughout the fermentation phase, although I tried filtering before pouring in fermenter still some remains of hops where there for 14 days in the fermenter and probably went inside bottles as well and hence extremely bitter beer, I made batches after that even using more hops than 3gms for litre batch but they turned out to be amazing by just using hop sock bags from Arishtam and putting my hops in those bags instead of directly putting them in the boiling wort 😄

Yes utkarsh there are various styles of hop addition. Some dry hop it in fermenter. Some boil it for 30-60minutes and some do late additions after flame off
