Nice video with a yummy recipe! Being vegetarian I enjoyed this paneer vegetables recipes. The way preparation is filmed makes it feel so easy and joyful even though it was almost night by the time it was done. But you don't feel any stress or rush, background music makes it even calmer.😊Much different from other food recipe videos that includes fancy preparations. Like how everything including paneer was made from scratch, your way of making paneer is just like how my mother makes it. The way it was served in roasted potatoes, makes it look delicious and fancy.👌 One thing I like the most and at the same time wonder the most is the open kitchen you have. In order to cook without gas/electricity stove you need a proper outlet for all those smoke and fumes to go away so it won’t spread carbon dioxide inside the home. But is it even possible to have such open space, how do you close/lock your house when you go away? Wish we were in Satya yug then this would have been possible. Also, when you were making final preparations it was raining and dark and if you are in open place surrounded by trees and greenery at night, light in your home will attract lots of flying insects specially during rainy season. I never saw any insects or not even a food flies in video, wondering how is it possible or do you have some magic to keep insects away! 🌟 I would like to have open kitchen concept like your home but biggest problem is insects and security. Wish I can spend a week at this beautiful location and enjoy close to nature life style along with simple and best home made food!🌳🌴🪴🌾🍛
