Home made Panipuri in Tamil / In Easy way

In this video we will see how to make Pani Puri recipe in Tamil. Make sure that you roll the pani puri sheet thin and uniform when frying them use a moderately high heat.keep in mind is to let the puri crisp up nicely before straining it out of the oil.

INGREDIENTS FOR PURI
1 Cup -Rava/Semolina
2 Tbsp -Wheat Flour
1/2 Tbsp -Salt
1/3 Cup -Warm Water
Pinch of backing soda
COOKING METHOD
Lets start with making puri for pani puri. Into a mixing bowl add Rava,Wheat Flour,Salt,Pinch of Backing Soda and gradually add Warm Water to make a dough.knead the dough for 5 minutes and cover it with damp cloth and let it rest for 30 minutes.Divide the dough in to portions and roll it thin.cut circles and fry in on medium hot oil.Make sure to fry until crispy/Golden
