Tandoori chicken is a tender, full flavour chicken dish that’s a staple in Indian cuisine. Although traditionally the chicken is grilled in a clay tandoor grill (hence the name), it’s possible to make it at home in your oven and apply some smoke afterwards to get that authentic aroma. Kashmiri Chili Powder - 1 tsp
