My grandson was diagnosed with Cancer at 5 months old in 2016 and unfortunately died of it in 2018. This is a very hard thing to deal with and it took a huge toll on our family. We are still healing from this to this day. He went through lots of hospital stays and chemotherapy and other treatments. My son and his wife struggled in their marriage afterwards but are together and doing well to this day. It takes God and lots of prayer and support of family along with therapy to get through something this tough. I hope that they can survive this. You are a God send and I know that he will bless you abundantly for your help of the helpless and hopeless.

I need her in my life! I have been sick for two years, possible relapsing MS, tests ongoing. I have fallen so behind in cleaning, asking for help is frustrating for people who don’t understand what it’s like to not have control of your body. Some days are good, most are not. Zero are pain-free. My poor teenager has to help me walk, talk, and do the simple things…I feel like I’ve failed her. These videos help me on good days…even if I only have 15 minutes of energy. They help my brain figure out where to start and they help me remember how to do things. So to Aurikatariina, thank you for inspiring so many of us who need it! You are an angel! Side note: my house isn’t nearly as bad as these, but I could see how it happens. I had to hire three people to help me a little .

As someone with an autoimmune disorder, I empathise with you. The way you feel about your daughter is how I feel about my partner sometimes. Good on you for always looking for a way to do what is possible for you, despite the struggles! That's all there is to be done with chronic illness if the depression comes to swallow you - do what is possible, and try not to berate yourself for not adhering to the standards of people without these severe health problems. Please know there is no shame in being ill, and it really sounds like you're doing the best you can. Wishing you all the best and that you can find and cherish moments of feeling joyful, peaceful or free of guilt. Those really help me to always keep going despite everything.

Now of course I want to clean everything its all very flustrating, annoying, and it all makes me angry and stressed..i had plans for the summer to do some deep cleaning...i'm going to tackle it in short bursts...there is always a way around things. It’s so hard for me to say nice things about people choosing to live in filth. 😢. I quickly tend to use the ‘there’s no excuse’ kinda language. But then I see how compassionate and empathetic you are for people and I ask God to help me be more like that.
@emmahelps11885 ай бұрын
I think highlighting your terminology might help. People don't 'choose' to live like this. When trauma happens, everyone responds differently. But the thing in common that everyone has is that they 'borrow' energy from somewhere else in their life to keep on going, to keep on surviving. Very much like depression. Some people recover to a point of full self care, others may take a long time. It's not our place to judge because judgement helps no one. Our place is to say 'I acknowledge you're in a difficult place right now. How can I help?'
@CinderellaRaptured3335 ай бұрын
@@emmahelps1188 Excellentnpoint. I’ve always had those opinions, but at the same time something deep inside of me knew I wasn’t aligning with God when I thought those things. It’s been something that has bugged me, like- I’m irritated with myself for not figuring it out by now and why the judgmental thoughts come to me so quickly but I have to dig for the truer meaning. Definitely something I need to work on with Christ’s help. And aukatriina’s, lol.
