This looks wonderful, but wondering if it would work for me or just make me feel bad. I deal with chronic illness and chronic pain and spend up to 3 days a week in bed unable to walk, but then also randomly good days. I've tried other home management plans, but I always feel bad and guilty. Bad because I spent money on something that is a fail, and guilty because I'm always behind. So I wonder if this would be the same thing for me.

Ok this for both of you! I deal with chronic illness too. It’s no secret I have fibromyalgia and it’s awful. There are days I’m super productive and others where I literally can’t get out of bed. This formula-system-plan was definitely created with us in mind. Firstly, there are absolutely no schedules, which means you create your own. There is no specific time needed. For each task on the checklist, you do as many as you can and as little as you can manage. Check the floor, might mean give it a quick mop to some but others, it’s just using our eyes to scan the floor, throw a towel on any stains, clean just that spot using my foot on the towel. And done! Secondly, if there is anything you can’t do on the particular day, it’s also fine, use any time and energy available to do one or you can just move it to the following week. At the end of each week, I try to complete it. There are a few ways, I get family to help or I get a cleaner to come do the stuff I couldn’t. You can tip teenagers to help for pocket money or if you have supportive friends, get them to help and repay them in ways you can afford. Go back and watch the video again, I mention repeatedly, that it is flexible and there are Self Care tips every week to ask yourself pertinent physical and mental health questions which are added so we keep ourselves in better health. This entire planner is meant to save you time and energy planning and the non-scheduled system allows you to pace yourself! Another tip is to alternate between physical activity and mental activity. This gives the body and mind a chance to rest while the other is working! I really hope this helps. I’m sorry, I took a day to reply but I had a lot to say and needed some quiet time to pen my thoughts. Happy New Year ladies!

I experience bone crushing fatigue. Love your channel. Love how organised you are, your home keeping skills etc.. I aspire to be like you and I am hoping against hope that someday I too will be a good home maker

I’m sure you are doing your best. The best thing you can do is create simple routines that you can manage. It’s fine to fall of the productive wagon (even frequently) but try and get back on. Give yourself one thing to do and take your time doing it. Complete this and then only move on to the next project. I have a helper who does the daily tasks with me and I help as much as I can in weekly and monthly tasks. I also tap on my family’s strengths to get help where needed. I totally understand your dilemma and if you want to talk more about it, PM me.

So that you don’t have to pay for us to ship it to you. Plus you can choose colour, A4, A5, black and white AND you can also add to your existing home management binder. This method gives you so many customisable options which a printed book will not. You also get to add your own personalised cover page and bind it as you prefer. That’s a lot more reasons than I realised before I answered this message. Thanks for helping me out this together for others too. Happy New Year to you and yours.

I also had trouble saving the file on my IPad but now I realize you have to change the file to pdf and then you can print it, but I cannot because the link will no longer work for me. I also paid via PayPal. Can you re send. I was going to print the file, when I put my IPad down to turn on printer the link no longer worked.

Happy New Year! Sorry, no. It’s only either PayPal and Stripe. We tried other methods but it just got too complicated to keep track of.
