Sorry to hear you have anxiety too - it definitely makes things difficult sometimes 😥, but planning has really helped me a lot and so has finding our wonderful community full of wonderful planner friends! You could add twinkle lights on the walls with Command hooks and/or around the edges of your shelves, computer screens, etc. to liven and brighten up your space. They now come in seasonal designs, and you can change them out to match the time of year! Also, as a plant lover, you can try a Philodendrun (pothos), they are very hardy. This will add the greenery, color, and oxygen to your basement space. They hang and look great in the corners of the room. Thanks for sharing!
