When my son outgrew his clothes it was SOOO difficult to get rid of them! I decided to put some of my favorite outfits in shadow boxes! Also photographed some of the others, therefore I got to "keep" them in a sense while still donating for others to use. :)

A tip for the organizer containers in levi’s dresser: fold some tape & put it on the bottom of the containers & they wont slide around anymore! Worked great for me, I have the same ones. 😊

I have memory boxes for my husband and I and each of our children ♡ ours has all the way back to our honeymoon♡, but anytime we get dressed for church, aspecial occasion, or like when we go to the rodeo in the fall or wherever it may be... if I love the outfits then I take a quick photo of the kids or a family photo and that way if something happens to the outfit I still have a photo of it and can remember what the we looked like in them♡ But I keep all their 1st outfits... like, 1st Chrsitmas, July 4th, Birthday, dedication, Christmas pjs etc! Kept a binky and a few tiny shoes for each... my oldest had to be resuscitated eight different times after she was born so she's got the little pink paddle they used for her chest :) just differen things like tht! So fun to go through and remember!♡♡

For containers that slide, you can also use poster putty to stick the containers down. Poster putty comes off easily when you are done with it, and doesn't mar the surface of the drawer.

I just started organizing the house. I did my grandmas bathroom and her hall closet today. We have her two bedrooms to do next. I figured I’d start with her first. You can put a little sticky tack on the bottom of your bins so they don’t slide around inside the drawer. Thanks for always thinking of others with your giveaways.😊

Hi Hannah all you had to do to the top drawer to stop the sliding boxes was to put white tack on the bottom of them all that way they would stay in place huni , I love organisation videos you are very good at it , wee Levi is so cute ❤️ ,Katie from Scotland UK 😉👍😊

Very nice solutions. I love the hall closet..it's bigger than my bathroom, and the one I have is under the stairs and not at all handy, but I love your home and how you make it work! One tip, the emergency bin is probably best in a grab and go place, like the bathroom bins as if there's an emergency, maybe a powercut you don't want to wrestle that thing out from the corner in the dark ..I hope you never need it of course, just my two cents worth

Hi Hannah! Check out the AURDAL closet system at IKEA. It’s what your first inspiration picture is of and very reasonably priced! You can do drawers, shoe organization, baskets, shelves, etc in the center portion. Then add rails for clothes on either side/at any height. Compared to wood prices for custom building, it ended up being cheaper for us!

I put some of those cloth bags that you store your pillows, blankets, and sheets in my Amazon cart. I currently keep my extra pillows, blankets on my hope chest at the foot of my bed and it looks like I forgot to put away my laundry. Glad they are on sale.
