Did you get better? Wondering how things are going. I just started getting vertigo.

Hey Champion, quite honestly I’ve improved greatly but there are days where I still feel the slight effects. No where near as severe but it lingers still. I discovered something new which really helped. Many people won’t notice but a lot of us have a tendency to clinch our teeth, often while sleeping but even when awake which is my case. I found when working out or working in front of a computer I would clinch my teeth without even knowing I was doing it. Apparently there is a muscle between the jaw and inner ear that becomes inflamed when there is frequent pressure. Google TMJ disorder and you’ll find what I’m talking about. For me my jaw clicks sometimes when I open it too wide like when yawning. I suspect I’m may have this disorder and aim to seek medical help once this covid madness is over. In the meantime a major help has been a dental mouth guard. A sports one may work too but it helps to keep you from clinching your teeth while sleeping but I also use it when I’m working on my computer. Anything that may cause the slightest stress or anxiety may lead a person to clinch their teeth. Again, you may not even realize you’re doing it. Give a mouth guard a try. It’s helped me a great deal. Maybe I’ll do another video because I find more and more folks are having this issue. Thanks for watching
