Mera beta just 3 years complete kiya. sab ke naam bolta hai Jo aap bolte ho woh pichhe pichhe bolta hai..sentence bhi bolta hai aap jo bolte ho uske piche.par apne aap kuch nahi bolta..woh sabhi chijo ke naam bolega.1 to 100 tak bhi bol deta hai..wese rhymes bhi gaata hai but apni tarah se kuch nahi bolta..to kya yeh speech delay hai??

Sir my son is 4.10 yrs old and he was exposed to mobile for a long time.we are undergoing speech therapy since last 3 months but his speech imitation hasn't started yet.He only speaks few words.Pls advice how long it can take for speech imitation to start.
