Freddie Mac has earned a spot on the Human Rights Campaign Foundation’s best workplaces for LGBTQ+ talent for more than a decade. Many of their LGTBQ+ inclusion efforts have been led, in part, by its Pride business resource group. We have Brian Pesner, the group’s co-chair and a human resources business partner as he shares how they help make Freddie Mac home to inclusion.
