It is cozy and nice. The flooring and storages are splendid. My only issue is having the kitchen and sitting room together.... I don't know how I will get use to that coming from Nigeria

Yes it’s cozy, but there are so many houses in Lagos at least with the open plan kitchen layouts. It would just mean that you would have to be more organized lol at least that a how I see it.
