Totally agree with you about the weather in the south! I've lived in Alabang my whole life and it's easy to walk around the neighbor. So many places to eat around this area and community activities that involve outside with pets

Medyu misleading title Kasi walang nasagot sa "How" di Rin Kasama mga requirements, ilang monthly amort, etc. pagcheck ko sa ibang videos, bank financing lang daw available. Bakit po baka natanggal from pagibig? hindi po ba masyadong maliit ang T&B? Yung ceiling po ba sakto lang ang taas o masyadong mababa? Yun kasi napansin ko sa ibang videos. Not sure irl Nabasa ko sa comments around 3.4M Palang Siya noon. Laguna pa. Pwede na. Ngayon Kasi 80sqm lot area 60sqm floor area pinakamura na 4M 😭😭 Sayang Naman ate kung di niyo titirhan permanently. Iparenta niyo nalang muna kaya?
