Anytime someone mentions a home office, you should ask them if they want a mini split for the office. They can save big bucks by cooling the house at 78/80F, and keep the office at 72F on a mini split.

Great idea in getting out the dirt and leaves before using the water. There's so many types of hose nozzles out there that homeowners have, most of them are very limited. I think if I were doing the cleaning of condensers, I'd have my own nozzle and/or hose so that I have what works best for me at each site. Some of those gizmos out there are water savers or corroded and leak that they are pretty much worthless to use. They sell "2 inch all brass sweeper" nozzles that I'd use which prove a perfect pressure stream and for the fins/coils you can fan the stream with your index finger to prevent damage yet get some good solid water pressure where it needs to be. However, no shut off so you have to turn off the garden valve when not using it.

Alot of those warranty calls also turn into C.O.D jobs on top of the free marketing you mentioned. Guys be crazy talking about they don't fool with warranty companies. Now granted there are some that don't pay worth a damn, like choice!! If you find 1 or 2 that do pay good though shidddd that's easy Mail money‼️

Great job on the information to the customer and doing the maintenance. How come you guys insulate the condensate drain lines?
@WWHVAC

The attic reaches high temperatures, contrasting with the already cold condensation inside the pipes, resulting in the pipes sweating.

Pretty sure that furnace is a "Premier" from the mid to late 1980's, possibly 1990's.

It's made by Goettl, from 1992. You can see part of the name and the full serial number on the label. 👍

@@realSamAndrew Made for Goettl I believe, by Consolidated Industries (formerly Premier Furnace Co.). Those were supposed to be dangerous because of a few installations having heat exchanger fire box failures. They banned them I believe however, I know a few folks who have them still and were never advised of the risks.

@@realSamAndrewactually they were made by Consolidated industries , they built those furnaces and sold them too many manufacturers back in the 80s, early 90s Such as Goettl,Goodman etc. They went out of business in the late 99-00’s due too many lawsuits , on bad designed furnaces burning down homes.
