I discovered your channel as I was searching for content to redo the mini kitchen into a functional kitchen. And I have a question for you: I see you use both the mini kitchen and the tower? Did you introduce them at the same time? When is it safe to put the toddler next to a hot stove 😅 My idea was to first buy the tower so he helps me cook (I mean so that I teach him to help, he is very eager and does some things already). However, I have very little counter space where the sink is on the left and the stove is on the right. Which means if I put him at the counter, he will be able to try to reach for the stove or get burned by steam. He is 16 months so he only now starts to understand when I tell him something is hot and he shouldn’t touch it. But he is so curious of course. I am worried I won’t be able to make anything done when he is in the tower next to me. Should I just focus on teaching him cutting and washing and then finish the dinner when he is down? This is why the idea of a small functional kitchen appeals to me because I find that he can help me in his mini kitchen while I am up cooking … but watching your videos makes me realize I am thinking wrong

Any working mum out there with little support shouldn't watch this ....seeing such a young child so perfectly behaved and able to read is simply not achievable for the average mum
