I love u and ur videos so much. My bf broke up with me on the 5th of October this year. Just out of the blue. Night before was ok and woke up told me we were over with. He didn't love me no more. I love that you live in MN, it's my home state and I ache for an MN fall! The Foshay tower was actually the tallest skyscraper in Mpls (and the midwest??) for a long time. You can buy tickets to go to the observation area - there's a bunch of history inside too and so cool.

Also, if your feelings of exhaustion or declining mental health pop up mostly during the colder months it could be seasonal affective disorder (also known as SAD lol). If it is that, I find that light therapy helps me a bit. Amazon sells happy lights, if it’s something you want to check out. Hang in there, friend. 🫶
