Man, I'd really love a video on carbonation. Giving my concord grape wine with yeast still active for 2+ weeks and a little additional sugar just didn't do the trick for bubbles but it did get stronger.

Good stuff! That ice wine sounds great! I best look that tutorial up. If you want a beginner question or two for some FAQ video: Can you have to much sugar (when you're making wine)? Or to little? And 2. If it tastes of yeast, can you do sth about it? Can something homebrewn be ready in four days? Or six? Or eight? (I recall ten was ok). Anyway happy yeaster!

7-10 days is a general recommendation. Actually, letting it set an extra day or two helps with the taste. The yeast cells on the bottom will absorb some of that flavor. Too much sugar can affect the yeast's ability to rehydrate.
