Put plenty of sound barrier/ insulation on walls around master bedroom and maybe even the gym and offices

interior walls aren’t insulated in Texas & unfortunately adding additional insulation isn’t an option with our builder. otherwise we def would have!

Loving the updates. They are sure moving fast! Love the patio and pool design. We have a smallish pool (22’ x 12’) and max 5ft deep. I wanted to make sure I could help any kiddos if necessary (short girl problems😁).

Thank you!! :) I used Grout Renew, from Lowe’s or Home Depot. You can use it to refresh the color or dye it a completely different (darker) color like I did.
