This is the perfect ghee roast masala ....and I'm a manglorean... You'll see many different variations but this is very authentic(do not add cashew seeds and all, I have seen chefs do it) Also a small tip... If u have some more time fry the masala well... Like 10 mins or more and keep stirring continously.....the dish will turnout to be heavnly💯

This is not not authentic and original recipe .Just a variation. Because in original recipe they add cashew , poppy seeds and dash of ginger . Actually ghee roast is invented by Shetty Lunch home kundapur. In their original recipe they add cahsew. Above video is not original one. But still a nice try and variation. For original recipe search Shetty Lunch home authentic recipe .. one vlogger made a video about it where Shetty Lunch home Orginal owner is cooking.
