Tried it today for lunch. the moment I opened the lid, the fragrance was awesome. My husband as soon as he saw it was like oh...ok. (He was expecting a non veg thing today as our weekend begins)🤣 but as he started eating , I saw he loved it. Thank you ma’am. Even my daughter had it joyfully. It came out very well. Luckily I had pudina leaves at home .😀

I make soya pulao several times. Thank you for the recipe Madame. Only one correction.By putting ghee in the beginning, all the ghee will get burnt out. Putting ghee and mixing properly before closing the lid will retain the taste of the ghee and give a better taste. That's what I have found out. This is one of my favorite recipes. 😀🙏👍
