Viewed yesterday on yours uploading. Being a cooking enthusiast tried it today. My son-in-law, who is also a food enthusiast, loved/ relished it, as it(dish) turned out fantastically. With raita and papad it was heavens. Thanks for your recipe details, interestingly put forth the process and the finer tips. Sad to note that coriander chopping not up to the mark remark.
